INFORMATION ON WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT

NordPol Limited Liability Company, with its registered office in Złotoryja (59-500), at ul. Polna 2a, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000120521, holding NIP: 6941004097, REGON: 39037171900000, with a fully paid-up share capital of PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand zlotys) (“Seller”), hereby presents the rules regarding returns of goods purchased in the online store located at: https://www.pininordpol.pl/ (“Store”).

How to withdraw from the sales agreement?

If you are:

  • A Consumer – a natural person performing a legal act with the Seller not directly related to their business or professional activity

or

  • An Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights – a natural person conducting business or professional activity in their own name, who has concluded an agreement with the Seller directly related to their business activity, but which does not have a professional character for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity,

hereinafter also referred to as: “Buyer“,

you have the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you take possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal from the agreement, the Buyer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the sales agreement by means of an unequivocal statement. The statement of withdrawal may be submitted by the Buyer in electronic or paper form.

The Buyer may use the form constituting Annex No. 2 to the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights or the model form provided by the Seller.

1. Fill out the withdrawal form

The statement of withdrawal should contain the following elements:

  1. Buyer’s first and last name/company name;
  2. Buyer’s email address;
  3. Buyer’s correspondence address;
  4. Buyer’s clear statement of withdrawal from the sales agreement;
  5. indication of the goods to which the withdrawal from the sales agreement applies;
  6. order number;
  7. date the order was placed by the Buyer;
  8. PKD codes of the Buyer’s business activity (if the Buyer is an Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights, as referred to above),
  9. preferred method of refunding the equivalent amount for the returned goods, e.g., providing the bank account number to which the aforementioned amount should be refunded (if different from the one used for payment).
  1. Send the completed sales agreement withdrawal form

The Buyer may send the statement of withdrawal from the sales agreement:

  • as an email to the Seller’s email address: sklep@pininordpol.pl,
  • in paper form to the Seller’s address: ul. Polna 2a, 59-500 Złotoryja.

If the Buyer sends the statement in paper form, they must remember to sign it before sending.

Along with the statement of withdrawal from the agreement in paper form, you must return the goods.

  1. Prepare the package with the returned goods

Remember to pack and secure the shipment well.

Please return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from the agreement. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.

  1. Cost of returning goods

The Buyer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods.

Effects of withdrawal from the agreement

  1. Refund by the Seller

The Seller shall refund the amounts due to the Buyer as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal from the sales agreement immediately, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receiving the returned goods or proof of their dispatch by the Buyer – whichever occurs first.

The Buyer is liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from their use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

IMPORTANT!

  • refunds are made using the same payment method as was used by the Buyer in the original transaction, unless the Buyer agrees to a different solution;
  • The Buyer does not bear the costs of refunding the payment made;
  • The Seller does not accept shipments sent to pick-up points or cash-on-delivery shipments;

Note!

The Buyer will not always be able to exercise the right to withdraw from the sales agreement.

There are exceptions where the Buyer will not be entitled to the right of withdrawal from the sales agreement – these are described in detail in the content of the Online Store Regulations.
