Unregistered activity is a small gainful activity that can be carried out without registering the company in CEIDG, provided that the monthly revenues do not exceed 75% of the minimum wage (in 2025 it is PLN 3,225). In such a case, you do not have to pay social security contributions, but the income must be settled in the annual PIT.
